FAQ
Do you have a price and size guide?
Scroll to the end of FAQ page to see full sizing and pricing guide. Don’t see exactly what you’re looking for? Just get in touch, I’m always happy to discuss custom sizes or ideas.
What information do I need to provide for a commission request?
Fill in the easy contact form here. I'll then connect via email and will ask for reference photos, your preferred artwork size, and whether you would like a drawing or watercolor painting. Feel free to include any meaningful details, memories, or requests you'd like incorporated into the piece as well!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I offer tracked worldwide shipping on all orders from my London studio. Shipping costs are included in the total commission price. Orders shipped to Europe may incur additional 20% customs or import fees depending on your country’s regulations which are not included in commission price.
Can you draw people or pets?
Absolutely! Please be sure to choose A4 (8x11in) or A3 (11x14in) size to capture detail of people and pets accurately. I do not offer A5 (8x5inch) portraits of people as this size is too small to capture accurate details.
What is your turnaround time?
Once your commission request is received, I’ll send an initial sketch within 48 hours for approval. After approval and payment, final artwork is typically completed and shipped within 5 business days. Portraits require 3 weeks lead time as these details take me longer! Tracked shipping information will be emailed once dispatched. Rush order is available upon request.
Can you provide copies of the custom artwork?
Yes I can provide a high quality digital scan of your artwork upon request.
Can you work from old or low quality photos?
Usually yes! We can work together with photos from online or ones that you have to make sure we find what works best for your custom artwork.
Do you offer returns/refunds?
Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, returns and refunds cannot be offered once work has begun. However, I always work closely with clients during the sketch stage to ensure the final piece feels personal and exactly as envisioned.
